3-Month Study Plan for NAVLE® Success

Introduction
Following a rigid calendar/schedule can be challenging and hard to live up to during the busyness and changeability of school or work. Use this suggested calendar as a starting point - amend to both suit your schedule and areas you know you need to focus on.
You will likely not have time to get through all the material in 3 months; this is normal. When you organize your calendar at the start of your study period, determine which topics are most critical for you and prioritize those.
Fostering a simple and flexible habit is very useful. A super-simplified approach might go something like this:
1. Commit to ~3 hours a day, 5-6 days a week, for a total of 18-20 hours/week.
2. Practice testing days ( Study Mode): ~ 1.5 hours to practice testing first followed by a short break. Then spend ~1.5 hours looking up answers to questions you didn't know or that give you trouble. Check out Zuku's Recommended Reading to see the references we use most.
3. Notes review days ( Top Topics and Lectures): Read suggested articles and/or watch suggested videos on a topic, making your own notes as needed. Some people may favor independent study on these topics rather than watching our videos. Note: "Topic" means all the videos or articles in that series.
4. Correctly complete 100% of the practice tests at least a month before your exam.
5. In the final quarter of your allotted study weeks, prioritize timed tests (complete 100%) and a re-review of key notes.
6. Make time for at least 1 Readiness Test in your final week or two.
